As a Certified Recomp Coach with 14 years’ experience — having lifted at national powerlifting record levels and mentored by elite body recomposition coaches — I bring you the most efficient, science-backed methods to build muscle, lose fat, and transform your body.

This is not standard personal training. I coach you on the most effective exercises at a high intensity to build strength — the point where real body changes and progress happen. Throughout your sessions, you’ll gain knowledge and confidence that will transform the way you train forever.

No endless cardio or restrictive dieting. Every session, training block, and nutrition adjustment is tailored to your goals, giving you the structure, accountability, and education to make real, measurable change.

COACHING PACKAGES:

CORE: 1 x 1 hour training session/week

STANDARD: 2 x 1 hour training sessions/week

INTENSIVE: 3 x 1 hour training sessions/week

Sessions are held at Body Temple, Southport, Gold Coast.

Inclusions:

Initial consultation: body composition analysis and goal-setting: exact body weight, muscle and fat with a clear roadmap to your goal.

Custom nutrition plan or macros-only plan: no guesswork, built to suit your preferences. Finalised together at your initial consult.

Check-ins every fortnight: to measure your body composition, look at other key metrics that influence your results, update your nutrition, and provide practical guidance.

Custom training program: updated every 6 weeks, which includes workouts for independent training if required.

Strength training sessions: you’re coached on the most effective exercises, pushed to a high intensity to build strength and create measurable body changes. Gain knowledge and confidence that will transform the way you train forever, and ensure you maintain your results.

Coaching app: programs, nutrition, and progress tracking delivered in my coaching app.

Ongoing education: on training, nutrition, recovery and mindset.

  • What’s Included in Your Initial Consultation?

    We set up everything you need to start strong, with a clear plan and no confusion. In your initial consult, we cover:

    • The body recomposition method and how your goal will be achieved

    • Clear goal-setting and realistic expectations for progress

    • How your nutrition will work — tracking, food choices, meal prep, and navigating the app

    • The training approach — strength, intensity, and how to log workouts if you are going to be doing any sessions independently.

    • A full walkthrough of the coaching app so you know exactly what to do from day one

    You’ll have a clear roadmap and complete confidence in the process.

  • These are not standard generic PT sessions.

    I coach you how to gain strength consistently on most effective exercises, all pushed close to failure with proper form. This is where real strength gains and body changes occur. Throughout your sessions, you’l gain knowledge and confidence that’ll transform the way you train forever.

    No matter what your goal is, you need to get stronger. There is no cardio included on any program - the body you want is stronger and more athletic, so we focus on getting stronger.

    I also teach you how to overcome self-doubt, fear, and develop a strong mindset to train with intent and confidence.

    The progress you make at each session is very self-rewarding and motivating. You will build physical and mental strength that carries over into every part of your life.

    All sessions are held at Body Temple in Southport on the Gold Coast.

  • At your regular fortnightly check-in, we measure your body composition using the 9-site skinfold calliper method, and monitor body composition changes, making informed adjustments from this data.

    We also review your progress alongside other key metrics: sleep, recovery, digestion, energy, hunger, and mood.

    From there, I update your plan based on this data.

    If you do any additional training independently, I review your workout logs and guide you on weights and reps progression to ensure maximum progress.

    Throughout the coaching process, you will also learn the habits, self-discipline, and self-belief required to reach your goals.

  • Your program is fully customised to your goals and experience level.

    A new program is written every 6 weeks, with clear exercise instructions, video demos and strength tracking all within the app.

    The focus is on low-volume, high-intensity training for maximum strength gains and measurable body recomposition — no fluff, no filler exercises, and no cardio. The goal is to build a strong, lean body you’re proud of.

    Any additional sessions will be included for independent training if required.

  • Nutrition plans are designed to support performance and strength gains, recovery, and drive body recomposition.

    Your nutrition plan will be adjusted at each check-in based on body composition data (using the skin fold calliper method), and key metrics. You also have the opportunity to request changes so that you are never bored with your meal plan.

    Throughout the coaching process, you’ll learn the principles of nutrition — including macros, calories, whole foods versus processed foods, and which foods and macro splits work best for you — so you can maintain your goal body composition long term.

  • I won’t just tell you what to do, I’ll explain why. Throughout the process, I will educate you along the way, no overwhelming PDFs or info overload, just insights, tools and strategies as required.

    Such as:

    - How to eat at restaurants without derailing progress

    - How to track foods accurately, the importance of rest, recovery, and sleep; food label awareness,

    - How to train and fuel your body around your menstrual cycle (if applicable),

    - Managing cravings and stress.

    You’re not just getting a coach — you’re getting someone who helps you succeed in real life and adapts the coaching to your individual needs.
