  • Customised to your goals, updated every 6 weeks. Focus is on low-volume, high-intensity training for maximum strength gains and measurable body recomposition — no fluff, no filler exercises, and no cardio.

  • Thorough & comprehensive. We review progress, body composition data, training performance, and lifestyle factors, then adjust nutrition, training, and overall strategy based on key metrics. Via phone, Zoom, or message in the app.

  • Correct form and intensity coaching to maximise body composition changes.

  • Track workouts, view exercise demos, log nutrition, monitor strength, and track progress in the app.

  • Access to the comprehensive online client resource library — covering training, nutrition, recovery, sleep, mindset, progress tracking, accurate food logging, using AI to track and modify recipes, and much more.

  • On training, nutrition, recovery and mindset throughout the process so you understand the "why" behind every strategy and learn how to maintain your results long-term.
