For people who don’t need nutrition support and just want expert training programming to achieve their goals.

What’s Included:
Custom Training Programs focusing on low-volume, efficient, high-intensity weights-only sessions. Train with for maximum strength progress to change your body composition. Programs are updated every 6 weeks with clear exercise instructions, demo videos, and progress tracking (1RM).
Tailored Nutrition Plans for any dietary needs. I provide exact food lists and quantities, ensuring consistent body composition progress. Choose between a detailed meal plan or a flexible "macros-only" approach with food tracking in the app.
Fortnightly (every 2 weeks) Check-In via the app to monitor progress, adjust your nutrition, and provide feedback on exercise technique, and training logs. For Gold Coast clients, I offer in-person check-ins with a body composition analysis (body fat calliper method).
Ongoing Support throughout. You’ll have direct access to me via the app's messenger with 12hr response time, if not faster!
