Before filling out this form, you will need to measure your body composition. Choose one of the following methods:

  • Skinfold measurements — preferred method, but should be taken by a professional. 9 sites: Pec, Abdominal, Thigh, Bicep, Tricep, Subscap, Suprailiac, Lumbar, Calf (in mm).

  • Home body comp scale— RENPHO ELIS 1: AUS, NZ, USA, EU.

  • InBody or Evolt scan—check your local gym or supplement store.

    Important: Take measurements early in the morning before food or water, never after exercise. If you are using a different home body comp scale that what’s recommended, please ensure it gives you consistent readings over at least 4 days under the same conditions.
