This is my most comprehensive and premium coaching option — not standard PT sessions. It’s a structured coaching process designed to teach you how to train for measurable body composition progress.
Body recomposition isn’t about generic workouts or endless cardio. It’s about smart, individualised adjustments in training and nutrition to build muscle, lose fat, and achieve lasting results.
As a Certified Recomp Coach and national-level powerlifter, I bring proven, efficient methods developed through 14 years of experience working alongside elite coaches.
In-person coaching gives you the precision, accountability, and education to train with intent — not just go through the motions. You’ll overcome mental and physical barriers, see visible and measurable results, and gain the knowledge to sustain them long term.

If you opt to do training sessions with me — whether it’s twice per week, or once per month — each one-hour strength session will teach you how to train properly and give you the knowledge and confidence to transform the way you train forever. No matter your goal, you need to get stronger, and I’ll coach you to improve your strength performances consistently.
You’ll do fewer, better sets on the most effective exercises, all pushed close to failure with proper form. That’s where real strength gains and body composition changes happen — the exact stimulus your body needs to grow and adapt. There is no cardio in any program.
This isn’t just physical. I’ll also coach you mentally — to overcome self-doubt, use nerves and fear as fuel, and show up with intent. The progress you’ll make at each session is highly self-rewarding and motivating, building mental strength that carries into every part of your life.
All sessions are held at a semi-private gym in Southport on the Gold Coast.

At your in-person check-in, we review your physical progress alongside key metrics: sleep, recovery, digestion, energy, hunger, and mood. We’ll also measure your body composition using the 9-site skinfold caliper method, so we’re tracking real changes and making informed adjustments.
From there, I’ll update your plan based on the data. You’ll also receive honest feedback and mindset coaching to build the habits, self-discipline, and self-belief needed to reach your goals and become a stronger version of yourself.
If you train independently, I review your submitted training videos and provide technical feedback to ensure maximum strength progression.

Your program is fully customised to your needs and experience level, designed from your first session where I assess mobility, strength, and any weaknesses to target.
A new program is built every 6 weeks, with clear exercise instructions and built-in strength tracking.
Personalised demo videos for every exercise are included in each workout, so if you train independently, you can be confident your technique is correct.
You can log your sessions and track progress in my app if you train independently, or I’ll log them for you during our 1:1 sessions.
The focus is low-volume, high-intensity training (close to failure). You’ll train with purpose for maximum strength gains and measurable body recomposition — no fluff, no filler exercises, and no cardio. The goal is to build a strong, lean body you’re proud of.

You’ll receive either a full plan with exact foods and quantities to follow (with some meal and food options) or macro targets tailored to your goals, dietary needs, and preferences — no cutting out food groups or unnecessary restrictions. Designed to support performance and body recomposition, it also has flexibility for real-life events like dining out or travel.
Your nutrition will be adjusted at each check-in based on how your body is responding and key metrics. Adjustments are guided by body composition and key metrics like energy, sleep, mood, digestion, and hunger. Throughout this process, you’ll also learn about nutrition and discover what works best for your body.

I won’t just tell you what to do, I’ll explain why. Coaching includes education, tools, and mindset shifts to make your progress sustainable. No overwhelming PDFs or info overload, just personalised insights along the way that you can apply immediately. Some of the things you’ll learn about include: how to eat at restaurants without derailing progress, how to track foods accurately, the importance of rest, recovery, and sleep optimisation, food label awareness, how to train and eat around your menstrual cycle (if applicable), managing cravings and stress, and mindset strategies for long-term success… just to name a few!
