This coaching is a sustainable, science-backed method that delivers lasting results. You’ll understand what actually works for your body, and have genuine support and expert 1:1 in-person coaching every week to keep you moving forward.
1:1 Training sessions:
In our one hour strength training sessions you’ll how to train properly and gain the knowledge and confidence to transform the way you train forever. No matter what your goal is, you need to get stronger, and I coach you how to increase your strength performances every week. You’ll do fewer, better sets on the most effective exercises, all pushed close to failure with proper form. That’s where the real strength gains and body composition changes happen — it’s the exact stimulus your body needs to grow and adapt. There is no cardio! See FAQs for more info.
But this isn’t just physical. I’ll also coach you mentally — to overcome self-doubt and to use nerves and fear as fuel to get the work done and be better than you were last week - the progress you’ll make at each session is very self-rewarding and self-motivating! You’ll learn how to show up with intent and build the kind of mental strength that carries through every part of your life.
As a Certified Recomp Coach, I have lifted national powerlifting record-level weights and worked alongside elite lifters and coaches throughout my career, bringing you the most efficient and valuable training methods for successful body recomposition.
weekly in-person check-ins:
At your weekly 20 minute in-person check-in, we review your physical progress alongside the key metrics that matter: sleep, recovery, digestion, energy, hunger, and mood. We’ll also measure your body composition using the 9-site skinfold caliper method, so you’re tracking real changes. From there, I’ll adjust your plan based on data: shifting macros, tweaking meal timing, or improving digestion and sleep quality with other adjustments. You’ll also receive honest feedback and mindset support to help you develop the habits, self-discipline and self-belief to not only hit your goals, but evolve into the version of yourself you know you’re capable of becoming — strong, focused, and proud.
